A dirty countertop can be a breeding ground for bacteria which is dangerous to you and your families health. Take the time to think about this..
This is where we prepare food for our family.
The best way to prevent a food-borne illness is to clean and sanitize your countertops at least once a day. If you prepare food on your countertops more often, then you should be cleaning and sanitizing multiple times throughout the day.
We recommend finding high quality microfiber cloths, a reliable spray bottle, and a cleaning solution that eliminates bacteria and viruses to clean your countertops.
The best way to do the cleaning and sanitizing is by removing and scrapping any large chunks of food from your countertops. Next, spray an even coat of cleaning solution across your countertops (let the cleaning solution rest for at least 2 minutes to eliminate any bacteria and viruses). After the cleaning solution has rested for 2 minutes, wipe away any dirt and grime. This process may have to be completed twice depending on the cleanliness level of your countertops.
After completing the cleaning and sanitizing process above, you will feel safe about preparing food on your countertops.
